Brijstar Green Energy Pvt Ltd is a solar EPC company and an Authorised Channel Partner of Tata Power Solar. We install rooftop solar for homes under the PM Surya Ghar government subsidy scheme.
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for Siliguri and nearby areas.
What you will do
- Meet house owners and visit industries and explain rooftop solar and the government subsidy
- Set up and run camps, road shows and canopy activities in markets, housing areas and local events
- Collect customer enquiries and pass complete details to the office same day
- Visit customer houses for first-level roof and site checking
- Follow up on old enquiries until the customer decides yes or no
- Support the Senior Sales Manager at dealer events and exhibitions
- Report daily on visits, enquiries and camp activity
What we need
- 3 to 4 years experience in field sales, direct selling or promotion work
- Comfortable approaching new people and speaking in front of a crowd
- Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence, smartphone
- Willing to work outdoors most of the day and on some Sundays for camps
- Fluent Bengali and Hindi
- Background in consumer durables, insurance, telecom, water purifier, inverter, finance or similar direct selling is a plus
What we offer
- ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 fixed per month
- Incentive on every confirmed order - capability for upto 8-10k asincentive per month
