Key Responsibilities:

- Visit companies and connect with HR/Talent Acquisition teams.
- Identify placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities.
- Build and maintain corporate relationships.
- Coordinate recruitment drives and collect job requirements.
- Follow up with companies for interviews and selections.
- Support MoUs,



corporate partnerships, and placement activities.
- Maintain company database and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Represent the institute during corporate visits and events.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Corporate Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Basic recruitment knowledge.
- Positive MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel for company visits.

Qualification: Bachelors degree; MBA/HR/Marketing preferred.
