Mettleminds Career Consultancy is looking for a confident and energetic Field Marketing Executive in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and coaching centres across Ludhiana.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Owners and concerned coordinators.
- Introduce and present Mettleminds Career Consultancy and our career & admission guidance services.
- Develop institutional collaborations and referral partnerships.
- Generate genuine student enquiries and referrals.
- Coordinate career guidance sessions for Class 12 students.
- Regularly follow up with interested schools and coaching centres.
- Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Mettleminds team regarding leads and institutional responses.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face meetings.
- Comfortable with regular field work and travelling within Ludhiana.




- Punjabi and Hindi communication skills required.
- Basic English preferred.
- Own two-wheeler is required.
- Smartphone required.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, education, admissions or marketing will be an advantage.
