Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales Representative role based in Pune City. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their property needs, and presenting suitable real estate options.

The Field Sales

Representative will conduct site visits, coordinate with property developers and internal teams, and follow up with clients to move them through the sales cycle. Daily activities include managing leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, preparing basic sales proposals, and achieving assigned sales targets.



The role also requires staying updated on local real estate trends and communicating market insights to the team.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in client-facing sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in real estate or a related industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.

- Comfort with field work, frequent site visits, and travel within Pune City, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.

- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) to track leads and report activities.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

- Prior experience in real estate sales, retail sales, or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work ethically in a target-driven environment, with a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.
