Location: Tijara, Rajasthan (Approx. 70 km from Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities

- Field &
- Operations Management

Manage day-to-day field activities at the assigned location. Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.

Coordinate with supervisors and field teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.

Quality Management

Monitor the quality of field work and ensure adherence to defined standards.

Identify quality issues and take timely corrective action.

Maintain proper records related to quality and field activities.

Labour Management

Coordinate and manage labour availability and deployment.

Allocate work and monitor labour productivity.

Maintain attendance and daily labour-related records.

Address basic field-level labour issues and coordinate with the concerned team.

MIS &

- Reporting





Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

Track field activities, manpower, productivity, and operational progress.

Share regular updates with the management.

Maintain accurate documentation and field records.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in field operations, agriculture, plantation, farm management, or a related field.

Agriculture Background Or Relevant Field Experience Preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage labour and field teams effectively.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Comfortable working in a field-based environment.

Responsible, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assigned activities.
