Kisangas is looking for a person who enjoys working with farmers and rural communities and wants to help bring biogas to more farmer households across Maharashtra.
What will you do?
- Plan and supervise farmer mobilisation with anchor NGOs, FPOs, dairies and other local partners, and track performance against agreed plans.
- Build and expand relationships with NGOs, FPOs, dairies and farmer groups to strengthen our farmer acquisition reach.
- Directly mobilise and acquire farmers wherever partner efforts are not sufficient to achieve project targets.
- Drive farmer acquisition across multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Track project-wise progress, address gaps and develop new farmer clusters and opportunities for future projects.
Who could be a good fit?If you've done it, can do it, and love doing it — we'd like to hear from you. You may have worked with an NGO, FPO, dairy, fertiliser, agriculture company, rural business,
farmer group or in rural field work — or in something completely different.
What matters most is that you enjoy working with farmers, can build relationships, manage multiple projects and partners, mobilise people and get things done.

Location: Flexible- Based out of Pune, with extensive field travel to project locations (currently Satara, Solapur and Beed)
