Eureka Windows Systems is hiring for Extruder Operator for Bangalore - Dabaspet location.

Experience - 2+ years .

CTC - 3.2 Lacs to 4.2 Lacs.

Location - Dabaspet.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor uPVC profile extrusion machines.
- Set and control temperature zones, screw RPM, line speed, pressure and feeding parameters.
- Handle machine start-up, shutdown and product changeovers.
- Perform die, calibrator and tooling changes.
- Monitor cooling, calibration, haul-off and cutting systems.
- Check profile dimensions, weight, colour, surface finish and shape.
- Identify extrusion defects and make appropriate process corrections.
- Troubleshoot common extrusion problems and coordinate with Maintenance when required.
- Achieve shift-wise production and quality targets.
- Control rejection, scrap and material wastage.
- Maintain production, rejection, downtime and process records.
- Follow SOPs, PPE, 5S and all safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the extrusion line.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams.

Skills
- Hands-on experience in uPVC/PVC profile extrusion.
- Positive knowledge of conical twin-screw extrusion process is preferred.
- Knowledge of die setting, calibration table, cooling system, haul-off and cutting unit.
- Ability to identify and correct common extrusion defects.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use Vernier caliper, measuring tape and other basic inspection instruments.
- Good understanding of production and quality parameters.
