About Vikram Design Studio Vikram Design Studio (VDS) is a boutique multidisciplinary design practice working across Architecture, Interiors, Landscape and Planning .
Based in the Northeast, with our Kolkata studio, we work on a diverse portfolio of government and private projects across institutional, hospitality, cultural, commercial, residential and public sectors.
Our projects vary significantly in scale, context and design requirements. We believe this provides our team with the opportunity to learn, explore and grow through real project experience across different typologies and stages of design.
About the Role We are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our Kolkata studio.
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced, but is also curious, willing to learn and interested in growing as a designer . The role offers exposure to different project types, design approaches, materials,



detailing and the complete journey from concept to execution.
What We’re Looking For
1–7 years of relevant qualified experience, with exposure to different types of interior projects
Strong interest in design, materials, spatial planning and detailing
Ability to take a design from concept development through drawings, presentations and execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and site teams
Most importantly, someone who is curious, takes initiative, is willing to learn and wants to grow with a design-driven studio
