Job Description: Manage recruitment for MSP and direct client requirements. Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate interviews and follow up on candidate feedback. Work with MSP/VMS processes and maintain timely candidate submissions. Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Recruiting Background: Recruiters with prior experience supporting Utility or Banking domain requirements are preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
Location & Work Schedule: Location: Noida Sector 63 Work Mode: Onsite – 5 Days/Week Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
