The Project Coordinator will support the execution of monopole projects by coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams. The role involves project tracking, drawing support, documentation, and assisting the site team in civil execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking project schedules and milestones.
Modify and update project drawings using AutoCAD .
Follow up for drawings, approvals, inspections, clearances, and other project requirements.
Maintain project-related documentation, records, trackers, and reports.
Support the site team in civil execution activities and resolve routine coordination requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and project inputs.
Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues to the concerned team.
Assist in preparing regular project status updates and reports.

Qualification Experience





Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
12 years of experience in project coordination, site execution, or a related role.
Basic knowledge of civil works, including foundations, concreting, reinforcement, and related activities.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD .
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Understanding of basic project planning and tracking.
Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
