B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Fresh graduates
Valuable academic background and solid willingness to learn
Key Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and convincing abilities
Interest in technical sales and business development
Confident in meeting architects, builders, developers and customers
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits
Ability to identify new projects and generate sales opportunities
Good negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / CRM will be an advantage
Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence
Positive attitude, skilled appearance and solid work discipline
Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven sales environment
Role Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales and project scouting
Meet builders, developers, architects, consultants and individual customers




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team
Follow up on leads, quotations and negotiations until order closure
Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers during the sales process
Maintain accurate customer/project information in CRM
Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets
