nThe Assistant Printing Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the printing department, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a team of skilled professionals. This position requires expertise in flexo and label printing technologies and a proven ability to manage large teams effectively.

N1. Leadership and TeamManagement:

Supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 printing professionals. N
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and morale. N
Foster a cooperative and high-performing work workplace. N

n2. Production Oversight:

Plan and execute daily printing schedules to meet production targets. N
Monitor resource utilization to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. N




Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols within the department. N

n3. Technical Expertise:

Oversee the operation of flexo and label printing machinery, ensuring efficiency and reliability. N
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions. N
Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends to improve processes. N

Develop and enforce quality control standards to ensure printed materials meet company specifications. N
Regularly review production output to identify and address discrepancies. N
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to align operations with quality benchmarks. N
