n Primary Job Purpose
nThis is a Team Leadership (60%) and Individual Contributor (40%) role responsible for driving the commercial success, market adoption, and launch and growth of the British Safety Council's Latest Health, Safety & Wellbeing Rating / Certification Program for Grade A / Grade B office occupiers.
n
nThe role will be accountable for contributing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the current product across multiple sales channels including direct enterprise sales, developers, property consultants (IPCs), facility management companies, industry associations, and strategic ecosystem partners.
n
nThe role holder will lead a team of Business Development Executives while personally contributing to revenue generation through hunting, pipeline development, and acquisition of strategic occupier accounts across IT, ITES, BFSI, MNCs, GCCs and other office-based sectors.
n




nThe role is expected to establish the current product as the leading Health, Safety & Wellbeing certification program for tenant-occupied workplaces and drive sustainable growth through both direct and indirect channels.

n2.Build and manage a high-performing sales team consisting of Business Development Executives, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
