Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for the cosmetics manufacturing facility.
Develop, implement, and maintain GMP, ISO, and regulatory-compliant quality systems.
Ensure compliance with CDSCO, BIS, FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulations, and other applicable standards.
Oversee quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Manage microbiological, chemical, stability, and performance testing activities.
Approve batch release and ensure products meet defined quality specifications.
Monitor manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Investigate deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and drive CAPA implementation.
Conduct supplier qualification, vendor audits, and quality performance reviews.
Lead internal, external, and regulatory audits while maintaining audit readiness.
Ensure accurate quality documentation, compliance records, and reporting.
Train and develop QA/QC teams while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
