What you'll do ▸ Conduct backend coding interviews on a structured, bias-free platform ▸ Evaluate coding skills, system-design thinking, and problem-solving ▸ Write clear, objective feedback on each candidate What we're looking for ✅ 5+ years of professional backend coding experience (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#) — strict requirement ✅ Robust fundamentals: data structures,
