We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation & Accounts Executive to manage export documentation, invoicing and related accounting work. The role involves preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, IGST invoices, shipping instructions, proforma invoices, e-way bills and challans, along with weight analysis for duty drawback.

You will also coordinate over phone with freight forwarders, customs agents and customers to ensure smooth and accurate export documentation.

Key skills: Export documentation, accounting, MS Excel, Tally 9 and Zoho Books. Strong mathematical and numerical skills are essential.
