Greetings! We are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Position: Export Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates only)

Experience: 3 to 7+ years

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare export documents like Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, BL draft, Certificate of Origin, etc.
2. Process export orders and coordinate with the factory for production, order readiness and dispatch.
3. Follow up with the factory for production status, cargo readiness and dispatch planning.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Factory, Finance, Logistics and other internal teams for order and shipment-related work.
5. Submit the required export documents to the CHA and coordinate with the Forwarder for shipment-related documentation and requirements.
6.



Coordinate with Finance/Bank for export documentation, payment-related work and EBRC generation.
7. Maintain order and shipment details and keep all related documents properly.
8. Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion of export documentation.
9. Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve documentation, production or order-related issues.
10. Ensure all required export documents are completed and submitted on time.
11. Follow the company’s export process and maintain proper records.
