Key Responsibilities

- Respond to international RFQs and prepare proforma invoices

- Coordinate SWIFT/LC payment documentation

- Liaise with CHA and freight forwarders for shipping and customs clearance

- Maintain export register and assist with DGFT/FIEO compliance

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Engineering

- Excellent written English (email communication with global buyers)

- Familiarity with export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, COO, shipping bill

- Knowledge of IEC Incoterms and LC documentation a distinct advantage
