Role Description The Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Executive will support daily branch operations, including assisting customers with financial products, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, following compliance and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining up-to-date records in systems. The role involves responding to customer inquiries,



providing product information, and contributing to sales and service targets through effective and courteous support. The Executive will also help prepare reports, track key metrics, and participate in local marketing or customer engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication abilities, with capacity to interact professionally with diverse retail and corporate customers.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services, preferably in consumer, housing, or commercial finance.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to follow regulatory and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with digital systems and customer databases.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced branch environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; prior experience in banking or NBFC operations is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
