Executive / Sr. Executive - Administration

What you will enjoy doing

- Managing administrative tasks that are required to ensure smooth functioning of the firm

- Responsible for entire admin activities at Plant

- Monitor and support unit admin activities and carry out monthly review

- Responsible for Admin cost, need to understand current practices, put processes in place, monitor, review and take corrective actions

- Directly responsible for housekeeping and canteen management for Plant

- Ensure smooth travel booking (Coordinating with various stakeholders for ticket and hotel booking, identifying vendors and getting competitive rates from them)

- prepare contracts for vendors as advised

- Responsible for upkeep of plant

- Maintaining the files, documents and records as required
- To perform other administrative work administration purchases viz. stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets etc.

- Other duties assigned by management.

- Any Graduate / post graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Administration
