Role Description

We are looking for a Executive Software Engineering for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in building experience across software development, application support, databases, APIs, automation, enterprise systems, data, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in software development, application development, IT, software support, web development, databases, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting, e-commerce, finance,



telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C , PHP, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of data structures, programming concepts, databases, APIs, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Flask, .NET, or similar frameworks will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, web services, Git, and version control will be an advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, automation tools, Power BI, Excel, data analytics, or enterprise applications will be an advantage.
- Valuable logical, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, certification, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, or academic project experience will be considered and is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and business systems.
