? WE ARE HIRING | EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – HOTEL CONTRACTING & SUPPLY DEVELOPMENT ?

EaseMyTrip is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Hotel Contracting & Supply Development team.

? Location: Gurugram, Sector 32

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities• Identify and onboard new hotels across important and high-demand destinations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, hotel chains, revenue managers and commercial teams.
- Negotiate competitive hotel rates, commissions, margins, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
- Secure exclusive rates, special packages, promotions and value-added benefits from hotel partners.
- Ensure proper hotel contracting and maintain accurate records of all commercial terms.
- Manage hotel inventory, room availability, rates and deals.
- Coordinate with hotels to improve availability during peak periods and high-demand dates.
- Monitor hotel rates and ensure rate competitiveness with the market.
- Identify current hotel supply opportunities and market gaps across destinations.
- Track competitor pricing, market trends and new hotel openings.




- Maintain strong long-term relationships with hotel partners and resolve commercial or operational issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve hotel production and business.

What We Are Looking For• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Hotel Contracting, Hotel Procurement, Hotel Sales, Hotel Supply, Market Management or Travel Trade.

- Good understanding of the hotel industry and destination-wise hotel landscape.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and market research skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hotel partners, deadlines and targets.
- OTA / Travel Industry / Hotel Chain experience will be preferred.
