About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, placements, and campaign strategies.
- Identify performance trends and implement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and continuously work toward improving ROI.

Requirements
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Meta Ads/Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and take performance-driven decisions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
