Post - Executive – Fitment Facility Service

Department - Service / Customer Experience

Location - Ahmedabad

Job Purpose To build and manage a network of fitment/installation workshops, ensure quality installation service for customers, maintain service records, and generate customer feedback content (reviews, photos, videos) to support marketing and quality efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and tie up with local workshops/fitment centres for product installation services
- Coordinate scheduling of installations between customers and workshops
- Ensure installations are carried out as per company standards and timelines
- Visit/audit workshops periodically to check service quality and compliance
- Maintain and update database of empanelled workshops/fitment centres (location, capacity, contact details, agreements)
- Maintain complete service records for each installation (customer details, product, workshop, date, status)
- Collect customer feedback post-installation - reviews, ratings, photos, and videos
- Coordinate with customers to resolve fitment-related complaints or issues




- Build relationships with workshop owners/technicians to ensure smooth long-term partnership
- Share collected reviews/photos/videos with the marketing team for promotional use
- Prepare periodic reports on installation volumes, workshop performance, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills

- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills (for workshop tie-ups)
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally to visit workshops
- Good record-keeping and reporting ability
- Basic understanding of the product/fitment process
- Comfortable using smartphone/apps for collecting photos, videos, and reviews
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate (any stream; automobile/technical background preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, dealer/workshop management, or field service roles
- Two-wheeler/vehicle for local travel preferred
