Non Teaching - Branding & Communication The Role:

FLAME University is seeking a motivated and capable Senior Executive to contribute to its mission of delivering exceptional liberal arts education. This role supports the university's academic and operational goals, working collaboratively across teams to ensure excellence in all functions.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Operations, Social Content, Listening & Response Management, Social Communities: In this role, the postholder will be responsible for the operations of the University's official social media and will work closely with the Social Media Manager. The person will schedule posts across social platforms, track and respond to responses and FLAME mentions, create engaging social content and captions, track social analytics, and work closely with students who run FLAME's 'semi-official' social handles across its clubs etc. to ensure apt partnership and governance.

Experience Required: 0–3 years of relevant qualified experience.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a recognized institution.
