Job Title: Executive Assistant to Marketing Director (Food Industry)

Overall Description:

We are currently looking for a dynamic assistant to support the Marketing Director for their day-to-day activities. The candidate will report to the Director based in Rajkot head office. The candidate is expected to operate from our office in Rajkot.

An ideal candidate can be a fresh graduate but should have the curiosity to learn new things with excellent communication skills, specifically in English. They should be willing to work outside the normal working hours for communication with the customers based in North America, Europe, Australia and East Asia regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

○ Sales coordination activities with export customers

○ Interact and manage overseas sales agent network

○ Manage company’s digital presence to create a unique digital footprint:

- Manage company’s LinkedIn page to interact with all the relevant stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining and expanding the company website
- Perform marketing activities by coordinating with branding agency to create promotional materials

○ Trade fair activities like registration, travel management,



accompanying director to trade fairs etc. ○ Market research to scout for new leads

○ Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives

○ Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

○ Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications:

○ Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication related course

○ Stand-out factor 1: MBA

○ Stand-out factor 2: Prior experience of marketing, sales or business development role in food industry

○ Stand-out factor 3: English proficiency test already taken (TOEFL or IELTS)

○ Knowledge in dealing with international logistics

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must-have requirement for consideration

○ Excellent verbal & written communication skills for effective discussion with overseas clients

○ Robust organizational & time management skills

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
