Role: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Experience: 1–4 Years

Work Mode: On-site

What You’ll Do

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & networking

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

Drive offer closures and joining conversions

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets

Track submissions, interviews, closures, TAT and joining ratios





Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups

Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders

We’re Looking For

1–4 years of IT Recruitment experience

Strong sourcing & screening skills

Good understanding of IT skills and hiring requirements

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
