Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage enterprise EUC and endpoint infrastructure across the organization.
- Administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM for device management, software deployment, patching, and compliance.
- Support Windows 10/11 device provisioning, imaging, and OS deployment.
- Configure Windows Autopilot, device policies, compliance policies, and endpoint security controls.
- Handle application packaging, upgrades, and complex endpoint troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in EUC, endpoint management, or application support.
- Strong hands-on experience in EUC and end user computing operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM,



Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Ability to support Windows 10/11 endpoints at scale with strong compliance and security discipline.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell automation, ITIL/ITSM processes, and enterprise application deployment workflows.

Valuable to Have:
- Leadership experience in coordinating technical teams and mentoring support engineers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
