Role Overview
We are hiring for Events & Analyst Relations to own Workhall's presence at industry events and support our relationships with analyst firms. You will plan and run conferences, roundtables, and webinars, and help prepare the CMO and leadership for analyst and press conversations — work that is directly reputational and externally visible.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute Workhall's presence at industry events, conferences, and roundtables — logistics, branding, and speaker coordination.
- Own webinar programs end-to-end: planning, promotion, speaker prep, and follow-up.
- Support analyst relations — schedule and prepare briefings, maintain the analyst calendar, and track inquiries and relationships (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
- Prepare briefing decks and talking points for analyst and press conversations, working closely with the CMO.
- Track the ROI and pipeline impact of events and analyst activity, and report results to leadership.
- Coordinate with sales on event follow-up and lead handoff.
- Maintain a calendar of relevant industry events, awards, and analyst reports Workhall should participate in or track.
What We Are Looking For
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in event management and/or analyst or PR relations, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong project management skills — comfortable owning logistics end-to-end under deadline pressure.
- Experience preparing briefing materials for analyst, press, or executive audiences.
- Vendor and budget management experience for events.
Mindset & Work Style
- Organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks on event day.
- Comfortable representing Workhall externally with analysts, press, and partners.
- A precise, credible communicator — this is reputational, externally-facing work, free of hype.
- Calm under pressure — events and briefings rarely go exactly to plan.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years in event management, analyst relations, or PR within a B2B technology company.
- Experience working with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Why Join Workhall
- Build the external voice of a category-defining AI-native orchestration platform.
- Direct visibility with the CMO and leadership on high-stakes, reputational work.
- Bangalore or Chennai office, with an in-person, cooperative team.
