Job Title :Event Coordinator

Mode of work : Hybrid

Major responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage virtual meetings, webinars, leadership programs, and online events.

- Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, invitations, and attendee communications.

- Manage and utilize platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Outlook, and Calendly.

- Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings, and post-session follow-ups.

- Provide basic technical support during virtual sessions and troubleshoot issues as required.

- Maintain accurate records, schedules, reports, and event documentation.

- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and ensure effective communication among participants.

Skills required





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in virtual event coordination, executive coordination, calendar management, program coordination, or a related role.

- Hands-on experience with virtual meeting and webinar platforms.

- Solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience coordinating meetings across different time zones is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
