Please find the detailed (JD) below for your reference: Position: Executive – Marketing & Outreach Location: Assam Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Up to market standards, based on experience and suitability TA/DA: Provided separately as per university policy Key Responsibilities - Execute marketing and student outreach activities across Assam.

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Conduct career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Build relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Generate leads and support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
- Promote university programs, admissions, scholarships, and initiatives.
- Identify current institutional partnership and outreach opportunities.
- Participate in education fairs, career fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.




- Conduct market research and provide feedback on local education trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and institutional contacts.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach, lead generation, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing, counselling, and admissions teams.
- Travel extensively across Assam as required.

Candidate

Profile - Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Assam education market will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Assam.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
