RoleWe are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Estimation & Billing to manage estimation, BOQs, rate analysis, measurements and billing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and estimates from drawings and site requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and rate analysis for new, additional and variation works.
- Handle quantities and billing across complete fit-out scopes including civil, flooring, ceiling, furniture, electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, fire-fighting and plumbing.
- Verify site measurements and prepare JMS / MB sheets, RA bills and final bills.
- Track variations, quantities and commercial deviations.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, site teams, vendors and subcontractors.




- Support project teams with costing and commercial decisions.

Requirements
- 3–5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation or billing.
- Experience in commercial interiors / retail fit-outs preferred.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and billing.
- Good understanding of MEP services, especially electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and fire-fighting.
- Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
- High ownership and attention to detail.
