Role Description





This is a full-time, on-site role for Estimation & Design Engineers for LT/HT Panels, based in Raipur. The role involves preparing technical designs and detailed engineering drawings for LT and HT electrical panels, including PCC, MCC, VFD, PLC, and control panels in line with project specifications and standards. The engineer will be responsible for cost estimation, bill of materials preparation, and tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of proposals.

Daily tasks include collaborating with sales, projects, and production teams, reviewing client requirements, coordinating with suppliers for technical data, and supporting the execution team with design clarifications. The role also includes optimizing designs for safety, performance, and manufacturability, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, and maintaining documentation and records for ongoing and completed projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Electrical Engineering skills with experience in LT/HT panel design and power distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design for electrical panels and related equipment.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to panel layout, enclosure design, and structural integrity.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and reviewing engineering drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; diploma candidates with strong experience may be considered.
- Experience in estimation, costing, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals for electrical projects.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (such as IEC/IS standards) and good understanding of safety and quality practices.
- Ability to read and interpret single line diagrams, control schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in panel manufacturing, EPC, or electrical infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
