Role Overview

- We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused EUC Engineer to support and manage end-user computing environments.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering IT support, managing endpoint devices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience across hardware, software, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues
- Manage and maintain Windows / macOS environments
- Handle Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Group Policy (GPO) administration
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) issues
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management
- Manage endpoint security tools such as antivirus, BitLocker, endpoint protection
- Support and troubleshoot VPN, remote access, and Citrix/VDI environments
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and asset management
- Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) for incident, problem, and change management
- Ensure SLA compliance and deliver high-quality customer service
- Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network, security,



and infrastructure teams for issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Support
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Microsoft 365 and Office applications
- Active Directory and user account management
- Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with endpoint management tools:
- Microsoft Intune / SCCM / Autopilot
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with remote support tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service orientation

Preferred Skills

Certifications such as:

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation

Experience with:

- VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon)
- PowerShell scripting
- Endpoint security and compliance tools
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
