About BlackMass Energies BlackMass Energies is building the infrastructure layer for lithium-ion battery recycling, black mass refining, critical minerals, rare earths, and circular supply chains.

We are building toward a more critical-mineral-independent India by developing sourcing, recycling, refining, technology, and global supply-chain capabilities.

About the Role We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence who can build new businesses, identify new revenue opportunities, and take ownership from 0 → 1 → revenue.

This is not a strategy-only role.

You will work directly with the founders and be expected to find opportunities, validate them, build partnerships, execute, and generate revenue.

What You'll Do

- Identify and build new revenue streams and business models.
- Find new markets across critical minerals, battery recycling, metals, rare earths, and industrial materials.
- Build B2B partnerships with enterprises, OEMs, recyclers, manufacturers, traders, and strategic buyers.
- Develop international business and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify customer problems and turn them into commercial opportunities.
- Own the complete GTM process from research → outreach → negotiation → partnership → revenue.
- Build and manage high-value client relationships.
- Work with founders on strategic projects and new ventures.
- Use AI, data, research, and first-principles thinking to move faster.




- Build systems and teams around opportunities that show strong potential.

Experience in B2B partnerships, business development, startups, metals, mining, battery recycling, manufacturing, energy, or deep-tech is a strong plus.

Compensation Intern / EIR Intern: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month

Freshers: Up to ₹5 LPA

Experienced: ₹8–10 LPA, depending on experience and capability

ESOP opportunities may be available for exceptional performers.
