Job Summary
Having Knowledge of SS/MS/CS Fabrication, Sheet Metal Fabrication.
Background with Heavy Engineering / Pressure Vessels Manufacturing added advantage.
Ensure shift running as per plan.
Make plan with Foreman for three shifts.
Ensure availability of material and other resources.
Co-ordination with Purchase, Design, Sales if required.
Ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) of jobs.
Ensure shift timings.
Making shift schedule.
Ensure updated drawings and consumable plan.
Ensure availability of manpower, machines and other resources as per shift requirements.
Data collection and analysis.
NCR – RCA and prevention.




Shop Floor 5S implementation and maintenance.
Workmen leave management and manpower adjustments.
SAP entries and related documentation.

Requirements
Basic SAP Knowledge.
Ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications Essential
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Working in SAP workplace will be an added advantage.

Experience
4–5 Years for B.Tech / B.E.
6–7 Years for Diploma.
