The role in a nutshell:

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will work on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and Employee Payroll. You should have a working knowledge of Zoho Books and QuickBooks.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be managing all receivables and payables in Zoho books for India and the USA.
You will be preparing the budget every month and processing the Payroll for Employees




You will be managing the deductions of TDS and PF/ESI. This includes adding/updating and making monthly PF/ESI payments
You will be managing the Account Books for both India and US
You will be responsible for Estimated state taxes, Federal and State tax returns for our US operations and coordinating with IRS for necessary filings
You will be Responsible for statutory and Tax audit preparation, Internal control over
financial reporting process and documentation, Due diligence audit during every round of funding.
You would be responsible for Secretarial Compliance – Includes dealing with various investors and closing various tranche of funds (Handled from Seed to Series B), end to end secretarial compliance including offer letter for private and rights issues to allotment of shares and filing documents with ROC.
