We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team at Ruloans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and build relationships with Connectors, DSAs,



and other business partners to generate quality business.
• Develop and maintain a robust connector/DSA network for regular lead generation.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan products and banking solutions.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for processing and timely resolution of files.
• Manage end-to-end coordination between clients, connectors/DSAs, and bankers.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for smooth processing and disbursal of cases.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners to drive repeat business and achieve targets.
• Track leads, applications, approvals, and disbursals while ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
