Role Description

We are seeking a Flight Test Engineer for our Fixed Wing Drones at Exodrone Systems. This is a full time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The role involves planning, executing, and analyzing flight tests for our unmanned aerial systems. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal systems performance and compliance with safety standards.



Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, validating designs, and contributing to continuous improvements in drone performance.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Flight Test Engineering and executing flight tests for unmanned aerial systems
Strong understanding of Aircraft systems and principles, with relevant hands-on experience
Expertise in Aerospace Engineering and Systems Engineering
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards for aviation is an advantage
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
