Responsibilities

Performing work related to accounts assigned to him/her right from Order Processing till Delivery of Material to Store & Getting Payment
Maintaining details against open item in Account as to reason for open Invoice/deductions
Maintaining record of secondary sales of the trade assigned
Follow-up with warehouse for dispatch from factory & follow-up with transport for delivery of goods. Getting PO extension done as & when required
Providing information on trade as required by Supervisor/MTM/KAM
Preparing suggested orders for trade as & when needed.
