Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing reservations or appointments, and handling basic receptionist duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. The role includes maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing accurate information to guests and colleagues. The Front Desk Representative will collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a smooth front office operation.



This role requires consistent on-site presence, professional demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve basic issues with patience and professionalism.
Experience with receptionist duties and reservations, such as managing appointments, check-ins, and maintaining front desk records.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and courteous manner.
