Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations for infrastructure projects, including scheduling activities, tracking progress, and supporting field teams involved in trenchless engineering, condition assessment, UFW studies, and GIS-related work.



The Operations Specialist will assist with resource allocation, documentation, and reporting, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role includes collaborating with project managers, technical staff, and clients to maintain clear communication, resolve operational issues, and streamline workflows. The position may also involve supporting basic sales and business development activities, such as preparing proposals and maintaining client records.
