We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to manage and execute the day-to-day content and social media activities for our pages.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of social media and a good eye for design.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage social media across multiple platforms
Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules
Handle day-to-day posting, publishing and content execution
Design social media creatives, carousels, stories and other visual content
Assist with reel and video content planning & editing.
Manage community interactions, including comments, DMs and audience engagement
Handle online reputation management and monitor audience sentiment
Research trends, formats, topics and content opportunities
Bring new and relevant content ideas to the table
Monitor content performance and track social media analytics
Coordinate with editors and other team members wherever required

What we’re looking for:




1-2 years of experience in social media management/content
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
Good designing skills and a strong visual sense
Comfortable with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut or similar
Good understanding of content planning and social media execution
Knowledge of community management and online reputation management
Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
