About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Telesales Specialist with 2–3 years of proven experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of selling EdTech products, courses, or IT training programs and be highly skilled in communicating with prospective candidates over the phone.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their career and learning requirements, explaining our IT training programs, addressing their questions, and effectively convincing them to enroll.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and generate enrollments.
Explain our IT training programs, course curriculum, benefits, career opportunities, and enrollment process clearly.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve individual and team-wise sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
Demonstrate a consultative approach to selling IT and EdTech programs.
Stay updated about the company's courses, training programs, and offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Admissions Counselling in the EdTech industry.
Proven experience and success in selling EdTech products, online courses, IT training programs, or similar educational offerings.
Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with prospects and influence their enrollment decisions.
