Job Overview
Katyayani Organics is looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with Backend Experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter, integrating APIs, working with Firebase, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Build responsive and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Integrate and manage REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
Work with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Push Notifications.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement application features.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance and usability issues.
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
Participate in application deployment and maintenance on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Maintain project documentation and version control using Git.
Required Skills
Solid experience in Flutter and Dart.
Knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Notifications, Cloud Functions).
Experience with REST API Integration.
Understanding of State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and Backend integration.
Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) is an added advantage.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Knowledge of mobile app architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
Understanding of UI/UX implementation from design tools such as Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Flutter applica
