FyneHand has been mandated to hire a GM/AVP Business Development & Sales – Future Technologies, to be based in Pelhar with extensive travelling in India, GCC & EU.

Key responsibilities:
Build SBR, Occupancy Detection, and Battery Management Sensors business in India
The incumbent would support the leadership team of the company and its subsidiaries (new acquisitions) on need basis to drive the sales
Diligently market and promote the products and communicate firm orders from the potential customer to the company, within the territory and provide monthly report to the company
Develop promotional materials for the products appropriate for use in the territory, including modification of the company’s promotional materials, subject to the company’s advance approval of such materials
Participate in trade shows and exhibitions in the territory where such participation will promote the products
Assist the company in providing support services to customers of the products in the territory
Fully and promptly answer all communications from the company and its customers in the territory




Render such assistance as the company may reasonably request with respect to credit and collection matters
Prepare, maintain, and submit to the company on a timely basis, all documentation and reports reasonably required from time to time to be prepared, maintained or submitted

Other Concurring Deliverables:
Proven experience of 18 to 22 years + in business development, sales, or account management within the printed electronics or related industry
Strong knowledge of printed electronics technologies, materials, and applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Collaborate with PE Innovation Centre & the Research and Development teams to understand and communicate customer needs and industry trends for product improvement and innovation
