Content & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and highly organised Content & Social Media Manager to shape and manage DRAWN’s digital presence.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. The candidate will develop and execute the brand’s content and social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn.

The role requires a strong understanding of premium brand communication, visual storytelling and platform-specific content. You should be able to translate DRAWN’s collections, artist collaborations and brand identity into distinctive, relevant and engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage monthly and campaign-specific content calendars.
Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
Develop platform-specific content based on audience behaviour, content formats and business objectives.
Conceptualise and produce engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts and short-form videos.




Write clear and compelling captions, campaign copy and brand communication that reflect DRAWN’s tone and positioning.
Plan content around collection launches, artist collaborations, campaigns and key brand moments.
Coordinate and assist with campaign shoots, social media shoots and ongoing content creation.
Capture and edit high-quality product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes content.
Schedule and publish content while maintaining consistency across the brand’s visual and written communication.
Monitor community interactions and respond to comments and messages in the appropriate brand voice.
Identify and manage relevant influencer, creator and brand partnerships.
Work closely with the founder, design, marketing and e-commerce teams to align content with broader business goals.
Track social media performance, prepare regular reports and use insights to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
