Job Summary
Kranti Group is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Junior Engineer / Engineer – Maintenance to support the smooth and productive functioning of its manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery breakdowns,



maintaining CNC/VMC/HMC machines, and ensuring the reliability of electrical and mechanical systems across the machine shop.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain manufacturing machinery and implement, execute, and document preventive maintenance schedules.
Carry out predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown analysis.
Oversee day-to-day machine shop maintenance operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
Work with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controllers.
Improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) through effective preventive maintenance.
Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, DG systems, hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical circuits.
Handle and maintain EOT cranes, switchgear, LT lines, panel wiring, and air circuit breakers.
Work with and troubleshoot machines from brands including DMG, ACE, BFW, Mazak, an
