? What You’ll Do
? Achieve monthly sales & disbursement targets
? Identify and acquire current school/institution customers
? Generate business through direct sourcing & field sales
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships
? Verify KYC & customer documentation
? Prepare loan proposals and support the credit process
? Coordinate for post-approval documentation & processing
? Manage overdue collections and support delinquency control
? Maintain accurate MIS & sales reports
? Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
? Travel regularly to spoke locations for business development
? Who Are We Looking For?




✅ Graduate candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience
✅ Experience in Financial Services / NBFC / MFI / Mortgage / SME Loans / Insurance / Education preferred
✅ Strong passion for field sales & direct sourcing
✅ Excellent communication skills in English + local language
✅ Comfortable working with computers, smartphones & MIS
✅ Valid Driving License is mandatory
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
