We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and passionate Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other menu items as per standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and café area.
Manage stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Support the team during busy hours and maintain smooth café operations.
Requirements
Previous barista/café experience preferred.
Knowledge of espresso-based beverages is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive, energetic, and professional personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
